Hire of scooters allows all visitors with mobility issues increased access to the Botanic Garden
Lord Mayor and Friends of the Garden President on scooters

​Exploring the Garden is now easier thanks to two new mobility scooters which are available for hire to garden visitors who are less mobile.

With these scooters you’ll be able to access portion of the Garden via the main pathways.

Scooters can be booked at no cost from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.

All enquiries about the hire of the scooters can be made by contacting the Garden’s Administration Centre on (02) 4227 7667 or botanicgarden@wollongong.nsw.gov.au.

These mobility scooters were funded by the Friends of the Botanic Garden.
