The Library aims to support local HSC students by providing access to relevant information and resources and holding help sessions and presentations for HSC students throughout the year.

The Library subscribes to databases which will give you access to newspaper and magazine articles and information on subjects such as health, science, law, history and literature.  A database is a great place to find up-to-date medical and scientific information not yet published in books.

Resources include study notes and guides on a wide variety of subjects including maths, science, religion, English, biology, legal studies, chemistry and physics.
Visit the Library Catalogue to search for and borrow a study guide.
The Wollongong Central Library holds an extensive collection of non fiction materials covering a wide range of topics suitable for study and research.  The Local Studies staff can help you find historical and current information about your local area, including information to get you started with your Senior Geography Project.
Complete newspaper and magazine articles and reports are also available online from the Library's subscription. Library also holds an extensive collection of other materials including literary criticisms, economic reports, statistics and scientific journals that are useful for HSC students.  Complete newspaper and magazine articles and reports are also available online from the Library's subscription databases.

The NSW Board of Studies website contains exam papers from previous years, including marking guidelines, sample answers and notes from the marking centre.
AOS Discovery: Related Texts handout from the 2014 National ETA Conference.

Wollongong Library holds PIPs from 2009-2014. View our list of available PIPs. They can only be used in the library and are not able to be copied, reproduced or borrowed.
The State Library of NSW has digitised selected sections of award winning PIPs for the HSC subject, Society and Culture. They show excellence in various areas related to the construction of the PIPs.

Areas are available in the Central and District libraries for you to meet, read and study. Private study rooms are available at Wollongong Central, Corrimal and Dapto libraries. Library members can book these rooms for a period of up to 2 hours. Free access to the Internet and WiFi is also available.
